Venue Info

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the show, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the show.

Show & Venue

The entrance, lobby and theatre are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessible seating is available within the venue, if you require wheelchair accessible seating please contact us so we can arrange.

Parking

There aren’t dedicated accessible parking spots at this venue. Drop-offs can be made at the main entrance.

Sensory & Age Advisory

Please note this show makes use of special effects, loud noises, bright lighting, and adult themes. Viewer discretion is advised. Age advisory 14+. 

Seating & Mobility Aids

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.

Masks

Masks are not required for entry to the show. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

Bathrooms

There are grab bars installed in our male and female bathrooms. We are working with the building to see if and how we can install further features in order to make them fully accessible. If you have any further questions about these facilities please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Doors to the theatre open 30 minutes before show time, while doors to the venue open 1 hour before show time. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to show time. For entry times, please view our calendar.

Latecomers will be accommodated where possible at the discretion of Management. Latecomers may be required to rebook for a new date/time (fees apply).

Location

Lighthouse ArtSpace Toronto is located at 1 Yonge Street.

Please use the Yonge Street entrance on the West side of the building. The show is located on the 2nd floor. An elevator escort is available upon request.

Directions & Transit Information

The closest subway station to 1 Yonge Street is Union Station (10-minute walk).

 The closest streetcar stops to 1 Yonge Street are:

  • Queens Quay East at Yonge Street
  • Yonge Street at Queens Quay East north side
  • Queens Quay West at Bay Street east side
  • Queens Quay East at Freeland Street

Parking

The venue does not have dedicated on-site parking, but there are a number of public parking lots nearby.

The closest lots are across the street on Queens Quay and just north of 1 Yonge on Yonge Street (pricing may vary). There is a shoulder outside the front entrance for drop-offs close to ramp access.
