Each performance will be presented only once during the Festival, therefore, reschedules are not possible. If you would like to change your tickets to a different performance or change your Day Pass to a different date, please contact our box office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance time.
Last-minute requests may not be honoured.
We do not check the name on tickets against identification. The person(s) presenting tickets will be admitted.
If you have purchased tickets directly through our website but have not yet received your tickets, please contact our box office to have this rectified.

All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Ticket prices are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges. Upgrades can be done in advance or in person at the box office.
We offer a 20% discount for students and seniors. A valid ID/student ID is required. Please contact the box office for assistance with your booking. Alternatively, you can redeem this offer in person at the venue’s box office.
Patrons younger than 14 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection.
Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the exhibit.
Prohibited items will not be stored by venue management or on-site.

The entrance, lobby, and galleries are entirely wheelchair accessible.
There is no on-site parking, but paid lots are located in close proximity. Visitors using wheelchairs or with mobility issues can be dropped off in front of the building entrance. There is a ramp for access from the sidewalk to the building entrance.
This event makes use of loud music, flashing lights, and moving visuals.
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.
There are chairs and a limited number of wheelchairs available onsite – please contact us to request prior to attendance.
Patrons supporting persons with disabilities receive free admission to the exhibit and do not require a ticket for entry. At no time will a patron with a disability who is accompanied by a support person be prevented from having access to their support person while on the exhibit premises.
Those with Access 2 cards can bring a support person or caretaker into the gallery without requiring them to have a ticket. Simply show the card at entry, or contact our box office to make arrangements prior to attendance.
Service animals with proper accreditation are allowed onsite. Please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals, please contact us.
There are gendered & accessible restrooms located in the venue’s lobby area.
The venue opens 30 minutes before the first performance of the day. Patrons are advised to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the performance they are scheduled to attend. For entry times, please view our Online Calendar.

The exhibit does not have dedicated on-site parking, but there are a number of public parking lots nearby.
The closest lots are across the street on Queens Quay and just north of 1 Yonge on Yonge Street (pricing may vary). There is a shoulder outside the front entrance for drop-offs close to ramp access.
