I bought my tickets but...

To reschedule your tickets, please contact our box office

A $9.99 fee plus tax will be applied per ticket to change the date or time.

Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.

Last-minute Change of Date requests will not be honoured. 

In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 48 hours from your scheduled time slot.

Please contact our box office to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival.

Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets, and we don’t know why you would want to!

Changes of names are not required for entry. The name on the ticket(s) in your order is that of the person who made the purchase and that information suffices for our customer records. The tickets are not checked against ID at the venue and therefore, anyone who has access to the tickets can use them. 

If you have purchased tickets to The Enigmatist directly through our website, but have not yet received your tickets, please contact our box office to have this rectified.

Get closer to the answers in the Hearts section!

This is General Admission seating in the front section of the theatre, perfect for puzzle lovers who want to be closest to the action.

Hearts ticket holders also receive early access to the Puzzle Lounge, giving you a head start on the fun!

Spades

The Spades section puts you in the sweet spot!— not too close, not too far.

This is General Admission seating in the middle section of the theatre.

Ideal for guests who want a great vantage point and flexibility.

Clubs

Worry about the puzzles, not your pockets in the Clubs section!

This is General Admission seating in the rear section of the theatre, giving you the full show at our most budget-friendly price.

All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Ticket prices are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges. Upgrades can be done in advance or in person at the box office.

A group discount is available for groups of 6 or more. Please visit our group ticket page for pricing and availability.

For groups larger than 50 people, please contact our box office for assistance.

We have a senior (over 65) and student discount available at 15% off. This discount is only available for purchases made on-site and cannot be applied to advanced tickets purchased online. Identification is required and the discount only applies to one ticket and not the whole order.

Venue Info

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags, and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the collection, all bags entering or leaving the theatre, including purses, are subject to inspection.

Backpacks and duffle bags are not permitted in the theatre.

Theatre and Venue

The entrance, lobby and theatre
are entirely wheelchair accessible.

The show is recommended for audiences 5 years of age and older.

Parking

There is no on-site parking, but paid lots are located in close proximity. Visitors using wheelchairs or with mobility issues can be dropped off in front of the building entrance. There is a ramp for access from the sidewalk to the building entrance.

Sensory Advisory

This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. 

Seating & Mobility Aids

Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.

Support Persons

We accept the Access2 card and can offer free admission to patrons supporting persons with disabilities to The Enigmatist.

Please note, this is subject to availability.

Once you have booked your tickets, please contact our box office so that we can add the support person ticket to your order.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals.

Masks

Masks are not required for entry to the theatre. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.

We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent hand washing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.

Bathrooms

There are grab bars installed in our male and female bathrooms. We are working with the building to see if and how we can install further features in order to make them fully accessible. If you have any further questions about these facilities please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

Lighthouse ArtSpace Toronto is located at 1 Yonge Street.

Parking

The exhibit does not have dedicated on-site parking, but there are a number of public parking lots nearby.

The closest lots are across the street on Queens Quay and just north of 1 Yonge on Yonge Street (pricing may vary). There is a shoulder outside the front entrance for drop-offs close to ramp access.

Directions & Transit Information

The closest subway station to 1 Yonge Street is Union Station (10-minute walk).

The closest streetcar stops to 1 Yonge Street are:

  • Queens Quay East at Yonge Street
  • Yonge Street at Queens Quay East north side
  • Queens Quay West at Bay Street east side
  • Queens Quay East at Freeland Street

Show info

The doors to the bar/lounge will open 60 minutes before curtain.

The Puzzle Garden will open 60 minutes before curtain for Hearts ticket holders, and 30 minutes before the show for Spades and Clubs ticket holders.

We recommend that you arrive early to solve the four puzzle walls, which will be located in the lobby area. Please plan to spend 20 to 30 minutes (in total) solving the puzzles before taking your seat inside. While not mandatory to gain entry to the performance, completing the puzzles will enhance your overall experience of the show.

Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to show time.

Latecomers will be permitted, and will be seated at the discretion of venue staff.

The show is appropriate for children aged 6+. Children under the age of 16must be accompanied by adult.
