Last-minute rescheduled requests will not be honoured. In exceptional circumstances, a $9.99 fee will be applied for requests submitted less than 24 hours from your scheduled time slot.

The show does contain coarse language and adult themes. However, we leave attendance to the discretion of parents/guardians. As long as children are accompanied by an adult, we will not deny entry.

Student tickets are destined for children under 18 years of age and adults enrolled in school/university with a valid student ID card. Senior tickets are destined for adults who are 65 years and older. The venue staff will check ID at the door so please ensure you bring a valid piece of ID with you on the day of the performance.

The main entrance to the Randolph Theatre on Lennox St. is accessible by stairs only.
The accessible entrance is on the same side of the building just west of the main entrance; the door to the theatre is inside the lobby on the left. Please proceed to the back of the theatre to get checked in. The lobby, concessions, and orchestra level of the theatre are accessible. The balcony is accessed by stairs only. Accessible seating is available at the orchestra level. If you require further assistance with accessible seating, please contact us so we can assist with arranging it.
Public washrooms are located one level below the theatre via stairs. There is one accessible washroom located on the main floor beside the theatre. Curbside drop-off/pick-up is possible on Lennox St. or Bathurst St.
There are surface parking lots as well as street parking in the general vicinity of the Randolph College. Be advised that the Randolph College is not directly affiliated with any of these parking lots. We advise that you provide yourself with ample time in case of difficulty finding parking.
This experience may contain bright and flashing lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy. There may also be loud music and effects. Viewer discretion is advised.
Wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters are all permitted.
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals please contact us.
Masks are not required for entry to the show. They are optional for staff and guests in accordance with current legislation.
We encourage all patrons to follow safety recommendations such as social distancing, frequent handwashing, and staying at home if they are not feeling well.
The doors open 30 minutes before the show. The lobby is open 45 minutes before.

The closest subway station is Bathurst station on Line 1 of the TTC. The theatre is one block south of Bathurst St. And Bloor St. on the west side of Bathurst.
The 511 Bathurst Streetcar route runs north and south up to Bathurst subway station at Bloor St. The closest streetcar stop is directly across from the theatre at Bathurst St and Lennox St.
The 7 Bathurst Bus route runs north and south down to Bathurst subway station at Bloor St. The closest bus stop is at Bathurst subway station.
There is no parking on site.
